ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਿਧਾਣਾ ਜੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਜੋੜ ਮੇਲਾ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ
ਅੱਜ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਿਧਾਣਾ ਜੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਜੋੜ ਮੇਲਾ ਬੜੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਮੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਪਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਰਾਗੀ ਜਥੇ ਸਮੇਤ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਅਨੰਦ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਢਾਡੀ ਜਥੇ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾਦਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਏ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਵਧਿਆ।
ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਠੰਡੇ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਜਲ ਦੀ ਛਬੀਲ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਗਰਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਲੰਗਰ ਅਤੁੱਟ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਿਆ।
ਜਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੱਲ, 14 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਚੋਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਗਈ, ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਰੀਤ ਰਿਵਾਜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਸੰਸਕਾਰਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਜੋੜ ਮੇਲਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਰੂਹਾਨੀਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੀ ਚਮਕਦਾਰ ਝਲਕ ਵੀ ਸੀ।
Salana Jorh Mela Celebrated with Devotion at Gurdwara Baba Sidhana Ji
Today, the Salana Jorh Mela was celebrated with deep devotion and reverence at Gurdwara Baba Sidhaana Ji. The event began in the morning with the conclusion ceremony (Bhog) of the Akhand Path Sahib. On this occasion, Giani Rajinder Singh Ji, along with the Raagi Jatha, performed melodious Gurbani Kirtan, filling the hearts of the devotees with spiritual bliss.
Following this, the Dhadhi Jatha led by Giani Karam Singh from Firozpur narrated inspiring and spiritual episodes from Sikh history, which deeply touched the attending congregation and strengthened their love and dedication towards Sikhism.
Local youth set up a refreshment stall (Chhabeel) offering sweet and cold water to serve the Sangat in the scorching heat. For all three days, Guru’s Langar was served continuously and selflessly, benefitting thousands of visitors.
It is noteworthy that yesterday, on 14th June, the ceremonial changing of the Nishan Sahib’s cloth was performed, which is considered a sacred and respectful tradition in Sikh practices.
This annual fair was not only a religious gathering but also a vibrant reflection of Sikh culture, spirituality, and the spirit of selfless service.
